A 1:1 training session held with Tony, whose heating business is based in Bolton, Lancs, at our Yorkshire office was completed in Feb 2012. The short session helped Tony better understand how simple it is to navigate through annual service reminders in ServiceMax, thus improving contact with his customers and reducing his administration work. Tony said “The 45 minute training session with Alan has shown me how simple it is to filter active customers, methods to send annual reminders and this will save me hours of telephone calls and administration – many thanks for your support”
